Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by BeyondCo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating under the brand Beyond Jewelers.

By accessing our website, engaging with us, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Beyond Jewelers provides:

  • Bespoke, custom-made jewelry

  • Limited ready-made jewelry pieces

  • Sourcing, buying, selling, and trading luxury timepieces

All services are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to review and acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time

  • No agreement is binding until confirmed by us in writing or through payment acceptance

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices may change without notice prior to confirmation

  • Full or partial upfront payment may be required

  • All payments made are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing

No Chargebacks

By completing a transaction, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting us to resolve the matter.

Any unjustified chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to:

  • Pursue recovery of funds

  • Provide evidence to financial institutions

  • Take legal action where necessary

5. Custom and Bespoke Work

  • All bespoke pieces are final sale

  • No cancellations once production has begun

  • Client approvals (design, materials, specifications) are final

  • Minor variations are inherent due to handmade craftsmanship

  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate any project

By proceeding, you accept that the final piece may differ slightly from initial renders or concepts.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Clients must inspect items immediately upon receipt.

  • Any claims (damage, defect, discrepancy) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the product in its delivered condition

After this period, no claims will be considered.

7. Product Representation

  • Images and visuals are illustrative

  • Natural variations in materials are expected

  • We do not guarantee exact replication unless explicitly agreed

8. Watches and Timepieces

  • All watches are subject to market availability

  • Prices fluctuate based on global market conditions

  • We do not guarantee investment performance or future value

  • Items may be sourced through third parties

9. Authenticity Disclaimer

We take commercially reasonable steps to verify authenticity.

However:

  • Verification may rely on third-party suppliers and industry standards

  • We do not provide absolute guarantees beyond reasonable verification processes

  • Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the item

10. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • Risk transfers upon dispatch or collection

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers or customs

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

11. Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom pieces: strictly non-returnable

  • Ready-made pieces: returns only if explicitly approved

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original condition

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any return.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials remain the property of BeyondCo.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reuse design elements unless exclusivity is agreed in writing

  • Photograph and use pieces for marketing purposes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid

All products and services are provided “as is” unless otherwise required by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeyondCo harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse, resale, or modification of products

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to:

  • First attempt to resolve disputes directly with us in good faith

At our discretion, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes not resolved privately shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

18. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
